The place was stylish and had outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk, really enjoyed the stay. The location of this hotel very close to Irish Heritage centre and getting in-and-out was particularly good. Furthermore, to tram station called Queens Road.

Staff were super friendly n helpful, especially like how they helped with ketchup in the morning. Room was clean and comfy, bar area was nice to chill in. Parking was available which was a plus. Very close to tram station to get to city centre easily.
Food choices were a bit basic n a side salad would have been a nice touch for the meals. The bed could have been a bit softer for better comfort.

Excellent stay with a clean and well-furnished room, complete with a lovely shower and a comfy bed. Breakfast options were excellent, offering home-made desserts and a wide variety of dishes. The bedside plugs were inconsistent was nice. The lack of a fridge and additional seating could also add to comfort . Despite these small issues, the hotel's location made it easy to reach key attractions within walking distance.

The room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, and I loved the buffet breakfast that offered everything from a full English to fresh fruits. I enjoyed relaxing by the TV lounge and had a great time playing board games in the leisure room. One thing to note is the bedside plug can be tricky to use, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

The room was spotlessly clean and had nice, modern decor. I loved the powerful shower with both a ceiling and handheld option. The bed was comfy, with two slightly larger than single quilts, a pleasant surprise. Plenty of space for hanging clothes and a nice little setup to sit and relax. Very cozy! Only thing is, I wished there was a kettle for tea in the room.

Our stay as a couple was pleasant overall. The room offered great comfort, but be prepared for pricey breakfast options. An unexpected road closure caught us off guard. Be sure to ask about access upon arrival to avoid any inconvenience.
